Here are some of the duties in your role as a SELLER’S AGENT:
DUTIES:
- Assisting clients with home sale goals and questionnaire
- Researching sales history of similar properties in proximate neighborhoods
- Marketing properties through social media, direct mail, and Open Houses
- Arranging appointments with Buyer Agents and their buyer clients
- Negotiating purchase offers
- Contacting property owners to field questions about pricing and marketing their homes

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
CURRENT Florida real estate license (active or current inactive)
ONE YEAR real estate sales experience –OR- TWO YEARS in customer service or sales experience
BI-LINGUAL is preferred
