Here are some of the duties in your role as a Recruiter/Trainer:


  • Contacting and tracking real estate license students via phone, email, and social media to field their questions about real estate licensing, recruitment and real estate careers
  • Attending the firm’s sponsored local job fairs and local networking events
  • Marketing and recruiting through social media, direct mail, and Open Houses
  • Reviewing candidate applications and resumes
  • Arranging phone and in-person appointments with recruits
  • Negotiating offers
  • Onboarding new recruits
  • Participating in new recruit orientation and training
  • Contributing to and updating recruiting materials
  • Mentoring new recruits through their first three sales



  • CURRENT Florida real estate license (active or current inactive)
  • MINIMUM TWO YEARS real estate sales experience
  • PROFICIENCY AND CONSISTENCY demonstrated in at least three social media platforms
  • FAMILIARITY with email marketing and at least two email marketing platforms
  • GOOD SKILL in written and oral communications
  • BI-LINGUAL is preferred
